Konami no longer attending E3 2021

Konami has announced that it won’t be attending this year’s E3, but promises to share news on a number of projects in the near future.

The announcement comes via Konami’s Twitter account, stating that due to the timing of this year’s event, the company won’t have anything ready to show at E3. Still, it is noted that there are “key projects” in the pipeline and almost ready to be talked about, so that should keep us all excited. The message ends with a lighthearted statement to the ESA, and shows that this isn’t Konami backing out for good. Apparently, the ESA agrees.

Konami was one of the first companies confirmed to be attending E3 2021. The list includes Xbox, Ubisoft, Warner Bros, Capcom, and more, so there’ll be plenty of material for us to check out when the event goes live in June. For now, what projects are you hoping Konami is working on? Let us know down below!
